Amna Khilji serves as the Senior Advisor of the Ivy Future of Pakistan Conference. Amna is the Vice President, North America at Audeliss, a global executive search firm, where she leads the North American practice and the Global Client Development team. With a strong focus on fostering inclusive cultures, she builds strategic partnerships with organizations across the Fortune 500, NASDAQ, S&P Global, FTSE, private companies, as well as private equity and venture capital-backed firms—all with the goal of driving meaningful change.

Bringing a wealth of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, Amna has worked across higher education, healthcare, and luxury start-ups, with a strong international perspective spanning both developed and emerging markets. Since joining Audeliss in 2019, she has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s global footprint and deepening client relationships.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Amna is a dedicated advocate for South Asian representation in business. She is a Strategic Leadership Council member for SALUTE, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit  private professional organization focussed on fostering connections among South Asian women. As a Council member she is responsible for engaging with C-suite executives, Board Directors, and HNWIs, providing exclusive opportunities for growth, networking, and collaboration. She is also instrumental in launching the first South Asian Corporate Board Directors initiative, which equips executives with the tools to navigate their path toward board positions.
